Vildagliptin, a dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4) inhibitor is effective in reducing HbA1c levels in patients with type 2 diabetes (T2DM) when administered as monotherapy, dual or triple combination therapy. In India, Vildagliptin is commonly prescribed in T2DM patients because it reduces mean amplitude of glycemic excursion (MAGE), has lower risk of hypoglycemia and is weight neutral. Early combination therapy with vildagliptin and metformin is effective and well-tolerated in patients with T2DM, regardless of age or ethnicity.

This study aimed to evaluate 3D virtual reality rehabilitation therapy in patients with vertigo due to peripheral vestibular dysfunction. The subjects were 20 patients with peripheral vestibular dysfunction confirmed by Videonystagmography, Divided into 2 groups: Group 1 (study group) underwent vestibular rehabilitation therapy using 3D virtual reality in a customised VR lab with specific headset (Oculus rift and htc vive) with software application, which allows vestibular rehabilitation treatment using high quality immersive virtual reality console in which environment appears real and in 3D. The exercises are designed for gaze stability, increase postural stability, improve vertigo and daily activities, through sensory stimuli and in addition to conventional Cawthorne-Choksey exercises.

Introduction: Uniform case definitions are required to ensure harmonised reporting of neurological syndromes associated with SARS-CoV-2. Moreover, it is unclear how clinicians perceive the relative importance of SARS-CoV-2 in neurological syndromes, which risks under- or over-reporting.
Methods: We invited clinicians through global networks, including the World Federation of Neurology, to assess ten anonymised vignettes of SARS-CoV-2 neurological syndromes.

Repeat transurethral resection of bladder tumor (ReTURBT) has become an integral part of the management of superficial bladder cancers at various urological centers around the world. Early detection of residual disease, leading to upstaging in some cases, leads to decrease in recurrence rates. Our study aimed to analyze the impact of ReTURBT in detecting residual tumor and tumor recurrences, hence validating the benefits of procedure as a routine.

Purpose: To standardize the technique; evaluate resources requirements and analyze our early experience of total marrow and lymphoid irradiation (TMLI) as part of the conditioning regimen before allogenic bone marrow transplantation using helical tomotherapy.
Materials And Methods: Computed tomography (CT) scanning and treatment were performed in head first supine (HFS) and feet first supine (FFS) orientations with an overlap at mid-thigh. Patients along with the immobilization device were manually rotated by 180° to change the orientation after the delivery of HFS plan.
