Aim: The aim of the study was to determine the preoperative predictive factors of overall survival, relapse-free survival, and peritoneal carcinomatosis in obstructive colorectal cancer.
Methods: Data from patients undergoing emergency surgery for obstructive colorectal cancer at our center between 2004 and 2016 were extracted retrospectively from our health records. Several preoperative parameters were used to predict survival and peritoneal carcinomatosis using univariate and multivariate analysis, and ROC curves.

Background: Little is known about the use of first-line treatments for relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (RRMS), whether oral (teriflunomide and dimethyl fumarate) or injectable (interferons/glatiramer acetate [GA]) in France. We conducted an observational study to determine patient profile, persistence and compliance to first-line disease-modifying treatments (DMT), and factors related to discontinuation in naïve patients with RRMS.
Methods: This is a retrospective study using the French Nationwide Health Data System (SNDS) which collects outpatient and hospitalization data for the entire population.

Autologous stem cell transplant (ASCT) after high-dose chemotherapy (HDT) increases overall survival when used in relapsed non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) in patients under 65 years old. Limited experience is available for older patients. We present a retrospective analysis of 73 consecutive patients aged over 65 years treated for aggressive or relapsed lymphoma by HDT with carmustine, etoposide, cytarabine and melphalan (BEAM) at full dosage followed by ASCT.
