Objective: Recurrent cesarean deliveries are associated with intra-abdominal adhesions, and these adhesions affect maternal and neonatal morbidity. The aim of this study was to evaluate the relationship between the severity of striae gravidarum (SG) and intra-abdominal adhesions detected during cesarean section (CS).
Material And Methods: In this prospective, case-control study, women undergoing a second CS were divided into three groups according to the severity of SG (group 1 - no SG; group 2 - mild SG; group 3 - moderate to severe SG).

Objective: To compare overall survival (OS) and morbidity outcomes in patients with advanced epithelial ovarian/tubal/peritoneal cancer undergoing standard-radical (SR) and ultra-radical (UR) surgical procedures based on NICE classification.
Study Design: This retrospective study analyzed data from 282 patients with 2014 FIGO stage III-IV epithelial ovarian cancer operated on between January 2006 and January 2019. The study compared OS, progression-free survival (PFS), and morbidity between SR and UR surgeries.

Material And Methods: This retrospective cross-sectional study was conducted from January 2010 to June 2018 at a tertiary referral hospital. Patients who had undergone arterial ligation for PPH were included in the study.

Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) and premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD) are characterized by somatic and psychologic symptoms that arise at the luteal phase of the menstrual cycle and subside with menstruation. For definitive diagnosis prospectively self-reported symptoms should demonstrate a cyclic pattern and other psychological pathologies and thyroid dysfunction, that may present with similar symptoms, should be excluded. Both entities affect millions of women at reproductive age as the prevalence of PMS is given as 10-98% while PMDD affects 2-8%.

Material And Methods: This was a prospective study. All women were screened with 50 gram (g) oral glucose and a 100 g OGTT for gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM).

Objective: To evaluate the obstetric outcomes of fetuses with cystic hygroma other than karyotype abnormalities and structural malformations.
Material And Methods: We conducted a retrospective study based on the review of medical records of pregnant women in whom ultrasonographic diagnosis of fetal cystic hygroma was established in the first trimester from January 2014 to October 2018. All patients were offered genetic counselling and prenatal invasive diagnostic procedures to obtain fetal karyotype.
