The risk of ovarian malignancy is increasing in patients with a history of breast cancer. Thus, well-defined predictors of ovarian malignancy should be identified to determine surgical or conservative management of adnexal masses in women with breast cancer. This study aimed to clarify the predictors of malignant ovarian tumors in patients with breast cancer with an isolated adnexal mass.

Purpose: To evaluate whether unrepaired interportal capsulotomy presents with capsular defect on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) 5 years after primary hip arthroscopy and to determine its effect on functional results and findings of osteoarthritis on radiographs or MRI scans.
Methods: Patients with femoroacetabular impingement (without arthritis or dysplasia) were retrospectively reviewed after arthroscopic labral repair or debridement and femoroplasty through interportal capsulotomy without closure. Patients were assessed preoperatively and at a minimum of 5 years postoperatively using patient-reported outcomes (Hip Outcome Score-Activities of Daily Living scale, modified Harris Hip Score, and visual analog scale pain score), radiographic measures, and MRI scans.

Introduction: Achieving watertight dural closure without grafts via the retrosigmoid approach can be challenging, contributing to a significant rate of postoperative cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leaks. This study describes a dural incision technique for achieving primary dural closure without grafts following the retrosigmoid approach and presents clinical data from the authors' experience.
Methods: Clinical and surgical data of 227 patients who underwent the dural incision technique following the retrosigmoid approach for various pathologies were retrospectively reviewed.

Background: Intracranial hemorrhages is one of the major causes of mortality and morbidity worldwide, and there is still no effective biomarker to predict prognosis.
Aim: We aimed to determine the effectiveness of high sensitive troponin I (hs-cTn-I) levels to predict the prognosis of spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage (sICH) by comparing Glasgow Coma Score (GCS) and hematoma volume with hs-cTn-I levels.
Methods: This study was planned as a retrospective observational study.

Our aim was to evaluate the clinical course, demographic characteristics, and tolerance rate of allergic reactions induced by fruits or vegetables.
Methods: We conducted a retrospective, descriptive, cross-sectional study on patients who presented with suspected allergic reactions to fruit or vegetables.
Purpose: To compare the oncological outcomes of clear cell RCC (ccRCC), which is common in renal cell carcinomas (RCC), and chromophobic RCC (chRCC), which is less common, and to define the factors affecting survival in the Turkish patient population for both RCC subclassifications.
Materials And Methods: Patients with a pathologically confirmed RCC diagnosis after radical or partial nephrectomy in the Turkish Urooncology Association (TUOA), Urological Cancers Database-Kidney (UroCaD-K), were retrospectively reviewed. Patients with ccRCC and chRCC were included in the study.
