Multifocal nodular oncocytic hyperplasia (MNOH) is a rare lesion of the parotid gland and bilateral cases are extremely rare. We report the case of a 69-year-old woman who was operated from MNOH 10 years ago and the bilateralism of the case appeared 10 years later making the case metachronous.

Primary diffuse leptomeningeal melanomatosis is a rare variant of malignant melanoma of the central nervous system, arising from melanocytes of leptomeninges. It may involve leptomeninges and may invade brain superficially. The diagnosis of the disease with conventional imaging techniques is quite difficult.
