Purpose: Our study aimed to discern disparities in metabolic, hormonal profiles, and comorbidities among patients with pituitary Cushing (PC), adrenal Cushing (AC), and Mild autonomous cortisol secretion (MACS).
Methods: We conducted a retrospective analysis involving 76 patients diagnosed with PC ( = 26), AC ( = 21), and MACS ( = 29) at our clinic. We compared the groups' demographic data, clinical characteristics, biochemical profiles, hormonal analyses, and surgical interventions.

Whilst severe liver dysfunction is rarely encountered at the time of diagnosis for patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML), mild elevations aminotransferase (<5 times the upper limit of normal) may be more frequently seen. Liver dysfunction at the time of diagnosis of AML is a parameter that requires investigation and can assist the clinicians in predicting prognosis. Objectives: To evaluate changes in prostate-specific antigen (PSA) values in patients with coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).
Method: Male patients who were admitted to our flu outpatient clinic with cough, fever, weakness, and bone and joint pain were evaluated. The acute phase reactants of erythrocyte sedimentation rate, C-reactive protein, ferritin, and fibrinogen were measured both at the time the patients first presented at the clinic and 1 month after recovery from COVID-19 infection.

Introduction: There exists a prevailing concern regarding the heightened susceptibility of women with a solitary kidney to unfavorable consequences during pregnancy. Irrespective of the underlying etiology, individuals with a solitary kidney are advised to have regular annual screenings for blood pressure and urinalysis due to their increased susceptibility to developing proteinuria, hypertension, and renal failure.
Objective: To investigate the risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes in women with a maternal solitary kidney by comparing maternal and fetal outcomes to those of healthy pregnant women.

Background: Sexual dysfunction (SD) due to Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors (SSRI) use is a common condition encountered by psychiatrists and its etiology has not been fully elucidated.
Aim: To determine the relationship between alpha Melanocyte Stimulating Hormone (α-MSH) and Melanocortin-4 receptor (MCR4) levels and sexual function levels of patients with and without SSRI related SD and control group and to examine whether α-MSH and MCR4 play a role in the etiology of SSRI related SD.
Methods: A total of 92 patients and 49 healthy volunteers who applied to psychiatry outpatient clinic were included in the study.
