Renal cell carcinoma (RCC) frequently presents with osseous metastasis, predominantly lytic and prone to pathological fracture. The metastatic lesion in the extremity presents with local swelling, pain and immobility due to pathological fracture. The solitary or oligometastatic lesions should be treated with curative intent, which can help the patient to lead a more prolonged and disability-free life.

Purpose: This article aimed to study in a systematic manner outcomes and complication rates after total knee arthroplasty (TKA) in patients who have undergone a prior knee arthroscopy for osteoarthritis. Our hypothesis was that a prior knee arthroscopy may be detrimental to the outcomes of knee arthroplasty in the future.
Methods: Electronic searches were performed for all studies published before June 2020.
Objectives: We aim to study the effect of epidural morphine as a means to reduce high respiratory drive in COVID 19 patients on non-invasive ventilation (NIV)-primary end point-and to study its effect on respiratory parameters, subjective patient comfort, rates of endotracheal intubation, duration of mechanical ventilation and mortality.
Trial Design: Parallel group, randomised, double blind, single centre placebo control trial. We propose a novel method for verifying the nasogastric tube (NGT) position and tip localization using flexible video bronchoscopy in anesthetized and intubated adult patients. The length of the scope used is 65 cm and can thus, track the NGT up to the pyloric canal. We have used this technique in patients with success.

Objective: To generate national estimates of key non-communicable disease (NCD) risk factors for adolescents (15-17 years) identified in the National NCD Monitoring Framework and, study the knowledge, attitudes and practices towards NCD risk behaviours among school-going adolescents.
Design And Setting: A community-based, national, crosssectional survey conducted during 2017-2018. The survey was coordinated by the Indian Council of Medical Research-National Centre for Disease Informatics and Research with 10 reputed implementing research institutes/organisations across India in urban and rural areas.
Our interesting electrocardiogram has two qRS morphology without features of preexcitation suggesting two atrio ventricular node conduction system. All cardiologists should be aware of this feature in heterotaxy syndrome as reentrant supraventricular tachycardia may develop in these patients.

A 45-year-old healthy woodcutter presented with a cystic swelling on the sole of the left great toe. Other than barefoot walking, there was no history of trauma or significant illness in the past. Fine needle aspirate showed yeast and hyphae on microscopy and culture grew black mould which was identified as Phaeoacremonium krajdenii species and genus confirmed by internal transcribed spacer sequencing.

Conidiobolomycosis is a neglected tropical fungal infection involving the head and neck region. Here we report the first case of atypical conidiobolomycosis presenting with dysphagia and significant weight loss from Odisha, India. It was diagnosed by histopathology and fungal culture and was suscessfully treated with saturated solution of potassium iodide.

An 88-year-old man presented to the emergency department with exertional dyspnoea and orthopnoea. Clinical examination revealed mildly raised jugular venous pressure, increased respiratory rate, palpable non-tender hepatomegaly and reduced right basal breath sounds. Ultrasonography showed a large right simple hepatic cyst, multiple small left hepatic and renal cysts.

A 53-year-old man with diabetes came to the emergency department with fever and dry cough for 5 days, swelling of the left leg for 2 days, shortness of breath and chest pain for 1 hour. He had raised temperature, tachycardia, tachypnoea, reduced oxygen saturation and swollen tender left leg on examination. The frontal chest radiograph showed bilateral ground-glass opacities; he tested positive for COVID-19 with elevated D-dimer.

This retrospective study evaluated the outcome and safety of long-term treatment with zoledronic acid, in both polyostotic and mono-ostotic fibrous dysplasia (FD) of children. The case records of children and adolescents with symptomatic FD who received zoledronic acid (0.1 mg/kg IV infusion over 1 h) and have completed at least 2 years follow-up were analyzed.
