Hydatid disease is a zoonotic disease endemic in developing regions. It is usually caused by infection with the tapeworm due to contaminated food or drinks or by close contact with dogs. The lungs are the second most affected organ (25%) after the liver (>65%).

A difficult case of Hodgkin lymphoma mimicking tuberculosis in a young female patient: A case report.

Unlabelled: Due to overlapping clinical symptoms, it may be difficult to distinguish between Hodgkin lymphoma and tuberculosis. Repeated investigations, especially biopsy and histopathological examination, may be helpful to establish a correct diagnosis. Herein, we present a case of Hodgkin's lymphoma misdiagnosed as tuberculosis so we always need evidence-based medicine in our medical life.
