During the COVID-19 outbreak, the medical sector services to the public were reportedly not appropriate. Due to the novelty of the disease, the patients were not aware of the right treatment and what health facilities were required. The current research is designed to determine the relationship between prognosis markers and patient health behavior in treatment of COVID-19 patients in Turkey.

The objective of this research was to determine the impact of glucocorticoid treatment on preventing scarring of lung parenchyma in COVID-19 patients by considering their health behavior. A sample of 65 Turkish patients who had pneumonia and were hospitalized between March/December 2020 were included in this research. The data for this research was collected after the consent of the hospital.
