Palatal tremor (PT) is an infrequent disorder characterized by abnormal movement distinguished into symptomatic palatal tremor (SPT) and essential palatal tremor (EPT). SPT can have various causes, including damage to the Guillain-Mollaret triangle and hypertrophy of the inferior olive. In contrast, EPT is often associated with clicking sounds in the ears with normal imaging results and may have a functional origin.

Gray matter heterotopia (GMH) is caused by abnormal neuronal migration during brain development. Subcortical band heterotopia (SBH), or double cortex, is a rare variant of GMH that mainly affects female patients with epilepsy (PWE) with different degrees of mental retardation. Perturbations in bone and mineral metabolism associated with chronic kidney disease (CKD) present a nuanced challenge, particularly in the context of their implications for fracture susceptibility in the pediatric demographic. Despite the well-established escalation of fracture risk in adults afflicted with end-stage renal disease, the extant scientific literature addressing this phenomenon in pediatric cohorts remains notably limited. Within this framework, we present the case of a 16-year-old adolescent devoid of significant medical antecedents, admitted to our facility due to terminal chronic kidney disease of indeterminate etiology.

Fabry disease (FD) is an X-linked lysosomal storage disorder characterized by alpha-galactosidase A deficiency, resulting in globotriaosylceramide accumulation and diverse clinical manifestations. We report a case of a 22-year-old male presenting with cochleovestibular disorders as the initial FD manifestation, alongside a literature review. Diagnostic evaluation revealed reduced alpha-galactosidase A activity, confirming FD.

Objective: Describe and compare the clinical profile of schizophrenic patients with and without obsessive-compulsive symptoms and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) patients.
Methods: A descriptive and analytical cross-sectional study was carried out at the psychiatry department of Hassan II University Hospital in Fez over 12 months to compare three groups of patients: "schizo-obsessive" (n=32), "schizophrenia" (n=34), and "OCD" (n=46). All participants (n=112) were assessed using the mini-international neuropsychiatric interview (MINI), the Yale-Brown obsessive-compulsive scale (Y-BOCS), the Brown assessment of beliefs scale (BABS), the Hamilton anxiety rating scale (HAM-A), the Beck's depression inventory (BDI-II), the positive and negative syndrome scale (PANSS), and the clinical global impressions-severity scale (CGI-S).

Aim Of The Study: To study clinical, laboratory and imaging features correlated with complete response (CR) to transarterial chemoembolization (TACE) in patients with unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) through 162 patients collected in Hassan II University Hospital of Fez.
Material And Methods: From January 2015 to December 2019, 162 patients diagnosed with 225 HCC were treated by TACE. Among them, 14 showed CR during the follow-up.
