Purpose: To explore the related factors of cervical lymph node metastasis and postoperative quality of life in patients with cN0 tongue squamous cell carcinoma (SCC), and provide a theoretical basis for clinical prediction of occult neck metastasis and improvement of survival rate.
Methods: A total of 283 patients with cN0 tongue SCC who underwent surgery in Huaian No.1 People's Hospital were collected.
