Cryptorchidism is one of the most common congenital malformations in the paediatric genitourinary tract. Data analysis of cryptorchidism-related datasets in the GEO database and gene sequencing results from our institution, along with bioinformatic analysis of the merged mitochondrial gene datasets, revealed that COX5B is differentially expressed in the testes of children with cryptorchidism. Background: China faces the highest burden of latent multidrug-resistant or rifampicin-resistant tuberculosis (MDR/RR-TB). We aim to evaluate the health and economic impacts of Vaccae (a novel TB vaccine) and enhanced drug-resistant TB (DR-TB) management strategies.

Background: The effect of embolization of the middle meningeal artery in patients with subacute or chronic subdural hematoma is uncertain.

Methods: We performed a multicenter, open-label, randomized trial in China, involving patients with symptomatic nonacute subdural hematoma with mass effect.
