This study aimed to develop and validate a community-based ostomy care training program for nursing staff, with the goal of enhancing their ostomy nursing competencies and improving patient satisfaction. Between March 2021 and October 2021, 20 registered nurses and 50 patients with enterostomy surgery who took part in the promotion of a new nursing technique in five community health service centers in the Wuxing District, Huzhou City, were enrolled in this study (forming the intervention group). In addition, 15 registered nurses and 40 patients with enterostomy surgery from four community health service centers with similar economic and health conditions in the same area were randomly selected as the control group.

Logistic regression analysis of drug compliance and influencing factors in elderly osteoporosis patients.

A cross-sectional study was conducted to understand the medication compliance of elderly osteoporosis patients and to further analyze the influencing factors of drug compliance. The elderly osteoporosis patients who were admitted to the First People's Hospital of Huzhou, Zhejiang from March 2015 to January 2017 were selected as the research subjects. Subsequently, the three months, six months and 12 months of follow-up were performed from the group of subjects who prescribe anti-osteoporosis drugs to determine the patient's medication status.

Objectives: The objectives of this study are to introduce the surgical technique of a modified spiral orthotopic ileal neobladder and to assess the long-term outcomes.

Patients And Methods: Between January 1998 and January 2006, 44 male and 7 female patients with bladder cancer received radical cystectomy (RC) and pelvic lymphadenectomy. An ileal segment 40 cm to 45 cm long was isolated to create a spiral orthotopic ileal neobladder, and the ureters were implanted into the reservoir using a non-refluxing split-cuff nipple technique.
