High cathepsin A protein expression predicts poor prognosis and tumor recurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma patients after curative hepatectomy.

Cathepsin A (CTSA) is overexpressed in various types of cancer and is linked to poor clinical outcomes. However, the clinical application of CTSA in HCC has not been explored. In this study, we examined the protein level of CTSA in the archived HCC samples from 161 patients by Immunohistochemistry (IHC).

The application of Gensini score and IL-1ra in assessing the condition and prognosis of patients with coronary artery disease.

Objective: This study aimed to investigate the value of Gensini score and interleukin-1 receptor antagonist (IL-1ra) in assessing the condition and prognosis of patients with coronary heart disease (CHD).

Methods: According to their condition, 175 patients were divided into stable angina group (SA, 60 cases), unstable angina group (UA, 60 cases) and acute myocardial infarction group (AMI, 55 cases). The Gensini score, GRACE score, IL-1ra and troponin (Tn) were compared in the three groups.

Factors affecting recurrent positive RT-PCR results in clinically cured COVID-19 patients: a multicenter study.

The aim of this study was to evaluate factors affecting the recurrence of positive RT-PCR results. By performing a retrospective analysis, we evaluated the clinical data of recurrent positive coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) patients in multiple medical institutions in Wuhan. We recruited COVID-19 patients who were hospitalized from January 1 to March 10, 2020, in three tertiary hospitals in Wuhan, met the discharge criteria and received at least one additional nucleic acid test before leaving the hospital.

[Meta-analysis of Danhong Injection in treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease].

To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Danhong Injection combined with conventional therapy in improving diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease. Based on the online literature database(CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, PubMed, Web of Science, Cochran Library), the Chinese and English papers about the randomized controlled trial(RCT) of Danhong Injection in the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease were searched comprehensively from the establishment of the databases to January 1, 2020. The papers were screened strictly according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.
