[Effect of 2 kinds of appliances on anterior tooth root and alveolar bone in patients with mild to moderate overcrowding of ClassⅠmalocclusion].

Purpose: To analyze the effects of fixed appliance and invisible appliance without bracket on anterior tooth root and alveolar bone in patients with mild to moderate overcrowding of Class Ⅰmalocclusion.

Methods: A total of 120 patients with mild to moderate dental crowding were selected from January 2018 to February 2022,and divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional fixed appliance, while the experimental group was treated with invisible appliance without bracket.

[Evaluation on application of 3D printing digital positioning guide in root canal retreatment].

Purpose: To explore the application of 3D printing digital positioning guide in root canal retreatment.

Methods: Eighty-two isolated teeth collected in Chifeng College Affiliated Hospital from January 2018 to December 2021 were selected, and divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method, with 41 teeth in each group. Both groups were given root canal retreatment.

Early enteral nutrition support for colon carcinoma patients can improve immune function and promote physical recovery.

Objective: To investigate the role of early enteral nutrition support (ENN) on the improvement of immune function and physical recovery of patients with colon carcinoma.

Methods: The patients with colon carcinoma treated in our hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 were obtained and randomly grouped into the control group (CG) and the early enteral nutrition support group (ENN group). The changes of nutritional status and immune function related indexes, the changes of inflammatory reaction indexes, and the physical recovery and complication rate were compared between groups.

Wilms tumor (WT) is one of the most common pediatric solid tumors, affecting 1 in 10,000 children, worldwide. A subset of WT patients has poor prognosis, which is associated with a high risk of advanced and/or recurrent disease. Therefore, candidate markers are urgently needed for the diagnosis and effective treatment of WT.

Alterations in RNA-binding proteins (RBPs) are reported in various cancer types; however, the role of RBPs in bladder urothelial cancer (BLCA) remains unknown. This study aimed to systematically examine the function and prognostic significance of RBPs in bladder cancer using bioinformatics analyses. RNA sequencing and clinical data for BLCA were downloaded from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database, and differentially expressed RBPs (DERBPs) between normal and cancer tissues were identified.
