Background: To develop the extracellular matrix metalloproteinase inducer (CD147)-targeting therapeutic strategies, accurate detection of CD147 expression in tumors is crucial. Owing to their relatively low molecular weights and high affinities, nanobodies (Nbs) may be powerful candidates for cancer diagnosis and therapy. In this study, we developed a novel CD147-targeted nanobody radiotracer, [I]I-NB147, which provides guidance for the noninvasive detection of CD147-overexpressing cancers.

Traditional Chinese medicine FYTF-919 (Zhongfeng Xingnao oral prescription) for the treatment of acute intracerebral haemorrhage: a multicentre, randomised, placebo-controlled, double-blind, clinical trial.

Background: There are few proven treatments for acute spontaneous intracerebral haemorrhage, and they all target reducing expansion of the haematoma. The traditional Chinese medicine FYTF-919 (Zhongfeng Xingnao) in an oral solution is comprised of several Chinese herbs that are widely used to treat patients with intracerebral haemorrhage in China on the understanding that they enhance resorption of the haematoma and reduce neuroinflammation. We aimed to provide a reliable assessment of the safety and efficacy of FYTF-919 in patients with moderate to severe acute intracerebral haemorrhage.

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a high-incidence, poor-prognosis malignancy worldwide, requiring new strategies for treatment. Ubiquitination, especially ubiquitination through E3 ubiquitin ligases, plays an indispensable role in the development and progression of HCC. E3 ubiquitin ligases are crucial enzymes in ubiquitination, controlling the degradation of specific substrate proteins and influencing various cellular functions, such as tumor cell proliferation, apoptosis, migration, and immune evasion.

Predicting major adverse cardiovascular events in angina patients using radiomic features of pericoronary adipose tissue based on CCTA.

Objective: This study aims to evaluate whether radiomic features of pericoronary adipose tissue (PCAT) derived from coronary computed tomography angiography (CCTA) can better predict major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) in patients with angina pectoris.

Methods: A single-center retrospective study included 239 patients with angina pectoris who underwent coronary CT examinations. Participants were divided into MACE ( = 46) and non-MACE ( = 193) groups based on the occurrence of MACE during follow-up, and further allocated into a training cohort ( = 167) and a validation cohort ( = 72) at a 7:3 ratio.

Methods: We recruited 42 patients with chronic insomnia disorder (CID) and 23 matched healthy controls (HCs), with CID patients randomly assigned to receive real acupuncture (RA) or sham acupuncture (SA) for four weeks.

Method: The keywords including "heart failure," "HF," "cardiac failure," "cardiac disease," "Empagliflozin," and "sodium-glucose cotransporter 2 inhibitors" were utilized to search for relevant clinical studies on Empagliflozin in the treatment of HF in various databases, such as China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang, VIP Chinese Medical Journal Database, PubMed, MEDLINE, Embase, Cochrane Library, Springer, and Science Direct.

Analysis of influencing factors of clinical pregnancy rate in second cycle intrauterine insemination.

To explore the factors influencing the clinical pregnancy rate in the Reproductive Center of the Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College in the second cycle, a retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 175 patients who underwent the second cycle of intrauterine insemination (175 cycles) from July 2019 to July 2022 was performed. According to whether the patients reached clinical pregnancy, they were divided into the pregnant group (32 cycles) and non-pregnant group (143 cycles). The age, infertility years, infertility factors, infertility type, number of sinus follicles, intimal thickness, intimal type, basal follicle-stimulating hormone, basal luteinizing hormone, basal estradiol, stimulation regimen, season, body mass index, and male semen quality were statistically analyzed between the 2 groups.

Belimumab safety in adult and paediatric Chinese patients with systemic lupus erythematosus: A Phase 4, multicentre, observational study.
