State Key Laboratory of Holistic Integrative Management of Gastrointestinal Cancers, Beijing Key Laboratory of Carcinogenesis and Translational Research, Department of Nuclear Medicine, NMPA Key Laboratory for Research and Evaluation of Radiopharmaceuticals (National Medical Products Administration), Peking University Cancer Hospital & Institute, Beijing, 100142, China.

Background: To develop the extracellular matrix metalloproteinase inducer (CD147)-targeting therapeutic strategies, accurate detection of CD147 expression in tumors is crucial. Owing to their relatively low molecular weights and high affinities, nanobodies (Nbs) may be powerful candidates for cancer diagnosis and therapy. In this study, we developed a novel CD147-targeted nanobody radiotracer, [I]I-NB147, which provides guidance for the noninvasive detection of CD147-overexpressing cancers.

Electronic address:

Background: There are few proven treatments for acute spontaneous intracerebral haemorrhage, and they all target reducing expansion of the haematoma. The traditional Chinese medicine FYTF-919 (Zhongfeng Xingnao) in an oral solution is comprised of several Chinese herbs that are widely used to treat patients with intracerebral haemorrhage in China on the understanding that they enhance resorption of the haematoma and reduce neuroinflammation. We aimed to provide a reliable assessment of the safety and efficacy of FYTF-919 in patients with moderate to severe acute intracerebral haemorrhage.

  • Niemann-Pick Type C1 (NPC1) is linked to liver diseases and liver cancer, with high NPC1 levels in tumor tissues correlating to poor patient prognosis.
  • In laboratory studies, reducing NPC1 expression decreased the growth, invasion, and spread of liver cancer cells, while also triggering cell death and lowering activation of a key signaling pathway (Wnt/β-catenin).
  • Animal studies confirmed that blocking NPC1 effectively slowed liver cancer growth, suggesting NPC1 inhibition could be a promising treatment approach for this type of cancer.

Lung cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors, and patients are often diagnosed at an advanced stage, posing a substantial risk to human health, so it is crucial to establish a model to forecast the prognosis of patients with lung cancer. Recent research has indicated that proteasome 20S subunit 6 (PSMB6) may be closely associated with anti-apoptotic pathways, and proliferation transduction signals in tumor cells of different tumors. However, the precise role of PSMB6 in the immunoregulatory processes within lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) is yet to be elucidated.
