Efficacy Evaluation of 64-Slice Spiral Computed Tomography Images in Laparoscopic-Assisted Distal Gastrectomy for Gastric Cancer under the Reconstruction Algorithm.

This study was aimed to analyze the application value of the filtered back-projection (FBP) reconstruction algorithm of computed tomography (CT) images in laparoscopic-assisted distal gastrectomy. In this study, 56 patients with gastric cancer were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into the control group (CT-guided laparoscopic radical gastrectomy) and the observation group (CT-guided laparoscopic radical gastrectomy with the FBP reconstruction algorithm), with 28 patients in each group. Fourier transform and iterative reconstruction were introduced for comparison, and finally, the postoperative curative effect and adverse events were compared between the two groups.

The aim of this research was to investigate the predictive role of texture features in computed tomography (CT) images based on artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms for colorectal liver metastases (CRLM). A total of 150 patients with colorectal cancer who were admitted to the hospital were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into three groups with 50 cases in each group. The patients who were found to suffer from the CRLM in the initial examination were included in group A.

This research was aimed at analyzing the role of ultrasound-guided nerve block based on intelligent three-dimensional (3D) reconstruction algorithm in intraoperative anesthesia and postoperative analgesia of orthopedic surgery. 68 elderly patients were undergoing orthopedic surgery on the lower extremities, and they were randomly rolled into two groups with 34 patients in each group. The patients in control group received sciatic nerve block anesthesia (SNBA), and the patients in the experimental group received ultrasound-guided SNBA (UG-SNBA) under 3D reconstruction algorithm to analyze and compare the anesthesia effect and the postoperative analgesia effect.

CT Image Features Based on the Reconstruction Algorithm for Continuous Blood Purification Combined with Nursing Intervention in the Treatment of Severe Acute Pancreatitis.

The aim of the study was to explore the CT images of the iterative reconstruction algorithm to evaluate the curative effect of continuous blood purification combined with nursing intervention in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis (SAP). A total of 100 patients with SAP treated by the bedside continuous venous hemofiltration purification method in a hospital were selected. The control group ( = 50) was given a routine treatment, and the observation group ( = 50) was treated with the continuous blood filtration mode for blood purification based on the routine treatment.

Ultrasound Image under Artificial Intelligence Algorithm to Evaluate the Intervention Effect of Accelerated Rehabilitation Surgery Nursing on Laparoscopic Hysterectomy.

To explore the application value of accelerated rehabilitation surgery (ERAS) nursing in laparoscopic total hysterectomy, 120 patients who underwent laparoscopic total hysterectomy for benign uterine diseases in the hospital were selected as the research object. According to different nursing schemes, they were divided into 60 cases in the experimental group (ERAS nursing program) and 60 cases in the control group (traditional perioperative nursing). All patients underwent postoperative ultrasonography, and the intraoperative and postoperative rehabilitation indexes of the two groups were analyzed.

Patients with colon polyps were divided into an experimental group (fine nursing) and a control group (general nursing). The colonoscopy polyp ultrasound image was preprocessing to select the seed points and background points.

Convolutional neural network algorithm was used to segment CT images of severe sepsis caused by pulmonary infection.

This paper aimed to study the application value of Internet of Things (IoT) edge computing algorithm-based ultrasound-guided erector spinae plane block combined with edaravone anesthesia in thoracoscopic lobectomy. A total of 110 patients undergoing thoracoscopic resection were selected as subjects. The patients were anesthetized with erector spinae plane block combined with edaravone before surgery and underwent chest ultrasound scan.

Speckle Tracking Algorithm-Based Ultrasonic Cardiogram in Evaluation of the Efficacy of Dexmedetomidine Combined with Bundle Strategy on Patients with Severe Sepsis.

The research aimed to study the effect of dexmedetomidine combined with bundle strategy on the cardiac function of patients with severe sepsis through pyramid speckle tracking algorithm-based echocardiography, expected to provide reference for its clinical treatment. 98 patients with severe sepsis or septic shock admitted to the hospital were selected as the research subjects, and they were equally divided into experimental group (dexmedetomidine + bundle strategy) and control group (dexmedetomidine + routine nursing), with 49 in each. Ultrasonic cardiogram examination was performed on patients before and after treatment, and the pyramid-based speckle tracking (PST) algorithm was designed and used.

Computed Tomography Image Feature under Intelligent Algorithms in Diagnosing the Effect of Humanized Nursing on Neuroendocrine Hormones in Patients with Primary Liver Cancer.

This study was to explore the application value of computed tomography (CT) images processed by intelligent algorithm denoising in the evaluation of humanized nursing in postoperative neuroendocrine hormone changes in patients with primary liver cancer (PLC). In this study, a simple-structured recursive residual coding and decoding (RRCD) algorithm was constructed on the basis of residual network, which can effectively remove artifacts and noise in CT images and can also restore image details and lesion features well. In addition, 60 postoperative patients with primary liver cancer were collected and divided into routine nursing control group (30 cases) and humanized nursing experimental group (30 cases).

This study was to explore the effects of imaging characteristics of magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) based on deep learning on the comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on the neurological recovery of patients with acute stroke. In this study, 84 patients with acute stroke who were treated in hospital were selected as the research objects, and they were rolled into a control group (routine care) and an experimental group (comprehensive rehabilitation care). The dense dilated block-convolution neural network (DD-CNN) algorithm under deep learning for cerebrovascular was adopted to assess the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation care on the neurological recovery of patients with acute stroke.

Background: This study aims to examine the effect of supportive psychological intervention (SPI) on psychological disorders (PD) in clinical medicine students (CMS) with English Learning Difficulties (ELD).

Methods: We will perform a comprehensive literature search from the following databases: Cochrane Library, MEDLINE, EMBASE, Allied and Complementary Medicine Database, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, and China National Knowledge Infrastructure. All databases will be performed from their inception to the present without language limitation by 2 independent reviewers.
