Skull base metastases though a rare entity, is a known end stage presentation of Bronchogenic carcinoma. Skull base metastases can present as various cranial dysfunction syndromes, namely: Collet-Siccard syndrome, Villaret syndrome, Occipital condyle syndrome, Jugular foramen syndrome, and Parasellar syndrome.
