Polyaniline (PANI)-based supercapacitors suffer from environmental and mechanical instabilities. In this work, a novel bicontinuous microemulsion approach was developed to fabricate a unique nanofibre structure of polyaniline and its 3D-crosslinked network using crosslinking chemistry, which improved both the mechanical and electrochemical performance of a PANI-based supercapacitor. The polyaniline nanofibers and its 3D-crosslinked networks produced by bicontinuous nanoreactors were investigated using experimental tools, such as SEM, FTIR, BET, TGA and DSC.

Faculty of Chemistry, Semnan University, Semnan, Iran; Centre of Research Impact and Outcome, Chitkara University, Rajpura-140417, Punjab, India; Department of Sustainable Engineering, Saveetha School of Engineering, SIMATS, Chennai-602105, Tamil Nadu, India. Electronic address:

In our era, water pollution not only poses a serious threat to human, animal, and biotic life but also causes serious damage to infrastructure and the ecosystem. A set of physical, chemical, and biological technologies have been exploited to decontaminate and/or disinfect water pollutants, toxins, microbes, and contaminants, but none of these could be ranked as sustainable and scalable wastewater technology. The photocatalytic process can harmonize the sunlight to degrade certain toxins, chemicals, microbes, and antibiotics, present in water.

The study aims to explore the association between collaborative learning and practical skills acquisition (SEPSA) among 310 students from second-year, third-year, and fourth-year (First stage of higher education) from the Institute of Arts, Culture, and Sports- Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University. The data was collected using the time-lag approach at three intervals; 3rd week, 7th week, and 14th week. The mediation analysis suggests that collaborative learning (CL) has a positive mediating association with self-efficacy, and student engagement in practical skills acquisition (SEPSA).

Cognitive Linguistic Analysis of Hyperbole-based Phraseological Expressions in Kazakh and English Languages.

J Psycholinguist Res

January 2024

Department of Language and General Educational Training of Foreigners, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, 71 al-Farabi Ave., Almaty, 050040, Republic of Kazakhstan.

The relevance of the research lies in the fact that in the modern Kazakh and English languages there are a huge number of expressive techniques of phraseological expressions, which are actively used in one way or another. The aim of the study is to conduct a cognitive linguistic analysis of the features of phraseological expressions based on hyperbole in the Kazakh and English languages. The study employs an integrated methodology encompassing cognitive, descriptive, and linguistic approaches to analyze hyperbole-based phraseological units in Kazakh and English, aiming to uncover their figurative basis, structural characteristics, and cognitive underpinnings.

The growing demand for rare earth elements (REE) requires the search for economically viable materials to efficiently recover REE from various solutions. Our research aims to investigate the potential of using a combination of the ion exchangers Lewatit CNP LF (in H form) and AV-17-8 (in OH form) as an interpolymer system, "Lewatit CNP LF@AV-17-8" (X:Y), with varying mass ratios of X:Y to enhance the sorption efficiency of lutetium ions from nitrate solution. During the study, we used a range of analytical methodologies, including gravimetry, ultraviolet-visible (UV-VIS) spectroscopy, and inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectroscopy (ICP-OES).

We studied the effect of a new complex phytocomposition on age-related changes in the composition of biological fluids (blood, lymph, and interstitial fluid) in old (22-24-month-old) white Sprague-Dawley rats. A 3-month course of phytocomposition induced an increase in the volumes of interstitial fluid (IF) and plasma and stimulated lymph outflow and diuresis. In the blood and lymph, the clotting time increased, while the viscosity and all lipid indicators decreased.

We consider a particular isotropic and homogeneous cosmological model, in which the equation of state is obtained from a thermodynamic fundamental equation by using the formalism of geometrothermodynamics (GTD). The model depends effectively on three arbitrary constants, which can be fixed to reproduce the main aspects of the inflationary era and the ΛCDM paradigm. We use GTD to analyze the geometric properties of the corresponding equilibrium space and to derive the stability properties and phase transition structure of the cosmological model.

The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze new concentric-zonal color effects in polyphase ceramic samples, particularly in a ceramic sample obtained from coal ash in the Ekibastuz coal basin. The study aims to explore the nature and characteristics of these color bands through x-ray fluorescence analysis, and provide a qualitative and quantitative analysis of the obtained x-ray fluorescence spectra. This paper presents the results of the study of new volume-surface concentric-zonal color effects in polyphase ceramic samples.

The Modern Linguocognitive Aspect of the Concept of "conscience" in the Human Worldview.

J Psycholinguist Res

December 2023

Department of Kazakh Language and Literature named after Academician S.S. Kirabaev, Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University, 050010, 13 Dostyk Ave, Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan.

The relevance of this work stems from the under-researched nature of the concept of "conscience", including its key attributes and functionality across various national contexts. This concept's analysis is shaped by the worldviews and cultures of distinct populations, as viewed through the lens of linguocognitive examination. This article aims to conduct an in-depth conceptual analysis of the term "conscience", examining its national nuances, linguistic paradigms, cognitive perception, the influence of mental processes on communication, and syntactic and stylistic markers.

The effect of implanting Fe ions on the crystal structure of Nb-Zr alloys has been studied using Mössbauer spectroscopy on Fe nuclei and X-ray diffraction. As a result of implantation, a metastable structure was formed in the Nb-Zr alloy. The XRD data indicated a decrease in the crystal lattice parameter of niobium; that is, there was a compression of the niobium planes when implanted with iron ions.

One of the main stages of cryopreservation of meristematic tissues in vegetative plants is a clonal micropropagation, which includes isolating the explants of the raw material in vitro and optimizing the culture medium for micropropagation. As the result of our studies, the optimal periods for in vitro micropropagation are: first - isolation of explants from initiated shoots of dormant buds (blackcurrants and raspberries) in January-March; the second - from actively growing shoots (blackcurrants and raspberries) in May-June, from the formed mustache (strawberry) in July-August. The optimal drugs for sterilization of raspberry explants are: a) 0.

Phytates are a type of organophosphorus compound produced in terrestrial ecosystems by plants. In plant feeds, phytic acid and its salt form, phytate, account for 60%-80% of total phosphorus. Because phytate is a polyanionic molecule, it can chelate positively charged cations such as calcium, iron, and zinc.
