This study aims to identify and evaluate the most common drugs associated with the risks of autoimmune hepatitis (AIH) using the FDA Adverse Event Reporting System (FAERS) database. Adverse drug events (ADEs) associated with drug-induced AIH (DI-AIH) were retrieved from the FAERS database (January 2004-June 2024). Disproportionality analysis was performed to identify drugs significantly linked to DI-AIH, and time-to-onset (TTO) analyses were conducted to evaluate the timing and risk profiles of DI-AIH adverse reactions.

Methods: 40 subjects were enrolled in this cross-sectional study, including 20 systemic lupus erythematasus patients currently treated with HCQ (40 eyes) and 20 age- and sex-matched normal controls (NCs, 40 eyes). OCTA images were obtained to measure macular and peripapillary mircrovasculatures and microstructures, including vessel density, retinal nerver fiber layer thickness, and peripapillary ganglion cell-inner plexiform layer thickness.

The Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) is implicated in several cancers, including EBV-associated gastric cancer (EBVaGC). This study focuses on EBV-encoded BALF1 (BamH1 A fragment leftward reading frame 1), a key apoptosis regulator in EBV-related cancers, whose specific impact on EBVaGC was previously unknown. Our findings indicate that BALF1 overexpression in gastric cancer cells significantly enhances their proliferation, migration, and resistance to chemotherapy-induced apoptosis, confirming BALF1's oncogenic potential.

Swimming training (ST) can mitigate functional disorders in neurological diseases, but the effect and mechanism of ST in improving the neurological function of intracerebral haemorrhage (ICH) have not been reported. Our study aimed to explore the protective effect of early ST on ICH mice and its relationship with the serine-threonine kinase (Akt)/glycogen synthase kinase 3β (GSK3β) pathway. Our findings showed that the ICH model mice had poor behavioural manifestations in the Y maze test and open field test compared to the ST group and sham group.
