The article presents a case of a surgical treatment of removing a dermoid cyst of the floor of the oral cavity in a patient with severe hemophilia A. A detailed analysis was carried out of the surgical operation, postoperative management, coagulation factor replacement therapy and accompanying therapy, as well as the features of anesthesia, which allowed a surgical intervention without any hemorrhagic and infectious complications.

Material And Methods: The study included primaries second molars (=11). Samples of primary teeth were placed in a test tube with a demineralizing solution for - 1, 4, 8, 21 and 31 days.
The material of the article reflects the current state of the problem of organization and provision of medical dental care to elderly citizens. The content analysis of normative and legal sources regulating the provision of medical care to certain categories of senior citizens was carried out. The peculiarities of legal phenomena and imperfection of legislative acts are revealed which determine the further research work in this field of knowledge.

The paper presents typical complications after laser lingual frenectomy. Laser and scalpel frenectomy are comparable in terms of functional results. Laser technique has some advantages (less pain and discomfort during the procedure and in the early postoperative period, less need for local anesthesia, lower average surgery time) but the exact knowledge of laser technical features is mandatory for optimal surgery results.

Objective: The aim of the study is determination of the effectiveness of technologies for predicting the progressive course of dental caries in pregnant women.
Material And Metods: We examined 511 pregnant women aged 18-40 years with dental caries (304 were included in a main group, 207 were enrolled in controls), who were assessed the DMFT index sequentially in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd trimesters of pregnancy. The prognosis of recurrence of dental caries was determined by the method of two-stage clinical and laboratory prognosis.
Numerous attempts have been made in the periodical publications on the history of «Moscow State University of Medicine and Dentistry named after A.I. Evdokimov» to trace its roots back to the First Moscow Dentistry School.

Objective: The aim of the study is the increasing the efficiency and improving the quality of dental surgical care for patients with tumor diseases of the blood system.
Material And Methods: For the period from 2020 to 2022 The authors examined and treated 15 patients with tumor diseases of the blood system who were hospitalized at the National Medical Research Center for Hematology of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation. Of these, 11 provided dental surgical benefit.
