In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, this commentary describes and compares shifting employment and occupational health social protections of low-wage workers, including self-employed digital platform workers. Through a focus on eight advanced economy countries, this paper identifies how employment misclassification and definitions of employees were handled in law and policy. Debates about minimum wage and occupational health and safety standards as they relate to worker well-being are considered.

Purpose: To report the unforeseen complication of total obstruction of a glaucoma drainage implant (GDI) tube lumen by white deposit material and to present a preliminary report identifying the composition of this material.

Methods: Two subjects with a high IOP due to total obstruction of a GDI tube were reviewed. Both patients had a long history with brinzolamide and timolol maleate eye drops.

Backround: Polyamines play an important role in cellular proliferation, and the change in polyamine metabolism is reported in various cancers. We searched for urinary polyamine signature for distinguishing between pancreatic cancer, premalignant lesions of the pancreas (PLP), acute and chronic pancreatitis, and controls.

Background: Co-design with multiple tools is useful when end users' knowledge is important, especially when designers work with people unfamiliar with design. Many studies have highlighted the importance of nurses' participation in design, and such participation requires the development of techniques and tools to facilitate collaboration.
