Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis is a rare disorder characterized by an abnormal proliferation of Langerhans cells in one or multiple organs. It rarely presents with a central vestibular involvement. We report a case of a multisystem Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis with mucosal, hepatic, and neurological involvement, presenting with dizziness and balance disorders.

Background: Pulmonary surgery is often associated with postoperative prolonged parenchymal air-leak. The purpose of this study was to determine efficacy and safety of povidone iodine as treatment of prolonged parenchymal air-leak following all-types of lung surgery.
Methods: This prospective trial was conducted from June 2019 to December 2020, and designed under PanAfrican Clinical Trials Registry requirements.

Introduction: Nilotinib, as the second generation of tyrosine kinase inhibitor, has significant efficacy in patients with chronic myeloid leukemia resistant or intolerant to Imatinib. Aplastic anemia induced by tyrosine kinase inhibitors is an uncommon complication.
Case Report: A 34-year-old female case with CML in the chronic phase was treated with Imatinib in first-line therapy.
