The gap leakage between the impeller ring leads to the change of the pump cavity flow characteristics, resulting in the uneven pressure distribution of shroud, which causes the axial force of the cavity to change. In this paper, the flow in the front and the rear cavity of the multistage centrifugal pump was taken as the research object. Through the numerical method, the radial flow velocity, the leakage flow size and its direction, the core zone rotation factor of the front and the rear cavity of the multistage pump impeller at all stages and the axial force of pump cavity were studied.

During on-site operation under wet gas compression, the volumetric efficiency of a twin-screw pump decreases sharply, the temperature in the pump rises significantly, severe vibration and even jamming can occur. To solve the problems caused by wet gas compression structurally, a method for optimizing the design of a decompression screw is proposed in this paper based on the characteristics of a twin-screw pump and screw compressor. A fluid-solid multi-field thermal-coupling scheme is used to calculate the pressure, temperature, deformation, outflow, and volumetric efficiency of a screw pump before and after optimization.

In this study, after optimizing the extraction process of CPP ( polysaccharides), CPPM (CPP microcapsules) were prepared. Subsequently, the structural characteristics and physicochemical properties were studied. The results showed that CPPM is a hollow sac-like structure with rough folds and protuberances and comes in spherical or ellipsoidal shapes with uniform particle size.

In order to improve the operation efficiency of the twisted blade pump as turbine (PAT), a medium specific speed PAT was selected as the research object. The variables of the twisted blade plane blade profile were defined, the twisted blade was transformed into three plane blade profiles, and the blade profiles were parameterized by MATLAB 9.7 software.
