Objective: Our present study intended to examine the associations of RPEL1 and miR-1307 gene polymorphisms (rs4917385 and rs7911488) with susceptibility, glucocorticoids (GCs) efficacy, anxiety, depression, and health-related quality of life (HRQoL) in Chinese systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) patients.

Methods: Initially, 1000 participants (500 SLE cases and 500 controls) were recruited for the case-control study. Then, 429 cases who received GCs were followed through 12 weeks to explore GCs efficacy, depression, anxiety, and HRQoL.

Method: We used online databases (GEPIA, UALCAN, Kaplan-Meier plotter, TIMER, and MEXPRESS) to explore the association between H19 or metastasis-associated lung adenocarcinoma transcript 1 (MALAT1) expression in tissues and the occurrence, development, prognosis, the levels of immune cell infiltration, and methylation of GC; the correlation between mRNA expression and DNA methylation levels of genes were also examined.

Objectives: To investigate the differences and relationships between different outdoor spaces of hospitals on the physiological electroencephalography (EEG) feedback (PEEGF) of staff.

Background: Relieving the pressure of hospital staff is essential, and several studies have revealed that even short-term exposure to outdoor space has a decompression effect. Yet, the focus is scarcely centered on the differences and influential relationships between the PEEGF from different outdoor spaces where the staff spend time, particularly in large-scale hospitals in China.
