Study Design: Retrospective study.
Objective: The aim of this study was to evaluate the clinical presentation, treatments, outcome, complications, and recurrence rate in the surgical and nonsurgical management of spinal aneurysmal bone cyst (ABC) in a series of 18 pediatric patients.
Methods: Between 1988 and 2014, we evaluated 18 pediatric patients diagnosed with ABC confirmed by pathology studies.
