Multi-environmental trials (MET) with temporal and spatial variance are crucial for understanding genotype-environment-management (GxExM) interactions in crops. Here, we present a MET dataset for winter wheat in Germany. The dataset encompasses MET spanning six years (2015-2020), six locations and nine crop management scenarios (consisting of combinations for three treatments, unbalanced in each location and year) comparing 228 cultivars released between 1963 and 2016, amounting to a total of 526,751 data points covering 24 traits.

Background: While Indigenous people are overrepresented in Canada's prisons and in the toxic drug supply crisis, we lack data on the harms related to opioids for Indigenous people with experiences of incarceration. We aimed to examine opioid toxicity deaths in Indigenous peoples who experienced incarceration and to compare opioid toxicity mortality rates with rates for people with no incarceration.
Methods: This retrospective cohort study linked correctional data for all people who were incarcerated in provincial correctional facilities and coronial data for all people who died from opioid toxicity in Ontario, Canada between 2015 and 2020.

What Is Already Known About This Topic?: Public health laboratories (PHLs) are critical for effectively identifying, detecting, preventing, and responding to emerging and reemerging infectious diseases. Following the 2014 Ebola outbreak, Sierra Leone implemented a national laboratory strategic plan (2015-2020) aimed at creating, strengthening, and maintaining laboratory capacities for detecting, assessing, notifying, and reporting incidents, with a requirement to review PHL capabilities every five years.
What Is Added By This Report?: This study assessed the comprehensive capacity and personnel status of PHLs in Sierra Leone using a standardized assessment tool following the implementation of the 2015 National Laboratory Strategic Plan.

Background: Identifying non-accidental trauma (NAT) in pediatric trauma patients is challenging. We developed a machine learning model that uses demographic characteristics and ICD10 codes to detect the first diagnosis of NAT.
Methods: We analyzed data from the Maryland Health Services Cost Review Commission (2015-2020) for patients aged 0-19 years.

Study Design: Retrospective review.
Objectives: While most individuals with spinal cord injury (SCI) are expected to have 1-2 urinary tract infections (UTIs) per year, there is a subset with higher incidence. We evaluate our practice to characterize common causes of recurrent UTIs, hypothesizing that more frequent infections typically have addressable risk factors.

Background: Medicare Bayesian Improved Surname and Geocoding (MBISG), which augments an imperfect race-and-ethnicity administrative variable to estimate probabilities that people would self-identify as being in each of 6 mutually exclusive racial-and-ethnic groups, performs very well for Asian American and Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander (AA&NHPI), Black, Hispanic, and White race-and-ethnicity, somewhat less well for American Indian/Alaska Native (AI/AN), and much less well for Multiracial race-and-ethnicity.
Objectives: To assess whether temporal inconsistency of self-reported race-and-ethnicity might limit improvements in approaches like MBISG.
Methods: Using the Medicare Health Outcomes Survey (HOS) baseline (2013-2018) and 2-year follow-up data (2015-2020), we evaluate the consistency of self-reported race-and-ethnicity coded 2 ways: the 6 mutually exclusive MBISG categories and individual endorsements of each racial-and-ethnic group.

Background: Caregiver stress is linked to key mechanisms for developing cardiovascular disease and the burden differs by caregiving relationship (eg, spouse). Furthermore, cardiovascular disease risk in family caregivers (FCGs) has been shown to differ by race and ethnicity. However, little is known about whether the association between caregiving relationship and FCGs' cardiovascular health differs by race and ethnicity.

Background: Obesity is associated with an increased risk of stillbirth and neonatal death. Since the publication of A Randomized Trial of Induction Versus Expectant Management (ARRIVE) in 2018, there was an increase in 39 weeks deliveries. The objective of this study was to evaluate the trends in perinatal mortality by BMI category from 2015 to 2020.

Oxidative stress is present in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD); however, the effect of increased dietary antioxidants on reducing COPD risk remains unclear. The aim of this study was to investigate the association of the Composite Dietary Antioxidant Index (CDAI) with COPD in adults. This study conducted a cross-sectional investigation using data from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) spanning from 2015 to March 2020 to explore the association between CDAI and COPD in adults.

Strategic planning and strategic plans have gained popularity in the public sectors, including the health sector. However, the factors that facilitate and constrain the achievement of strategic planning outcomes have remained key research questions in the public sector and the health sector. From the perspectives of the council health managers, we explored the factors that facilitated or constrained the achievement of strategic results set out in the 2015-2020 Health Sector Strategic Plan in Tanzania Mainland.

Accurately analyzing the type of land use and change characteristics of disaster damage in landslide areas is of great significance to scientifically promote the optimization of regional land use pattern and disaster prevention and mitigation. We analyzed the characteristic parameters of landslides as well as the characteristics and driving factors of land use change from 1985 to 2020 in Tongwei County, Gansu Province, using ALOS DEM data and 1985-2020 land use data, GIS spatial analysis, land-use dynamic attitude, transfer matrix, and Geodetector. The results showed that a total of 1012 landslide samples were identified, characterized by medium elevation, gentle gradient, low elevation difference, short length, and small size.

Background: Growing evidence indicates that metal implants influence the body's oxidative stress status, which in turn affects the degradation and stability of metal implants. The oxidative balance score (OBS) is a composite indicator, reflecting the overall oxidative balance of pro-and antioxidants of the human body. However, the associations between OBS and the level of metal ions on the population with metal implants remain to be elucidated.

Background: Most patients with a pediatric rheumatic disease are at increased risk of influenza due to immunosuppressive medication use. Despite initial quality improvement efforts, our influenza vaccination rate plateaued at 72%, which prompted a survey of patients and families to assess provider vaccine recommendations, influenza knowledge, and barriers to influenza vaccination.
Methods: Patients on immunosuppressive medication or their parent were eligible to complete a survey between July 2019 and January 2020.
