This study presents a case report of a female patient with symptomatic refractory Trichomonas vaginalis infection who was not able to clear her infection with high-dose oral metronidazole, oral tinidazole, intra-vaginal zinc sulfate, intra-vaginal metronidazole, intra-vaginal tinidazole, and intra-vaginal boric acid.
