[ELECTRONIC MEDICINE AS ONE OF THE INSTITUTIONS ELECTRONIC GOVERNMENT].

The article is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of the origin, implementation and functioning of electronic medicine as a modern way of providing medical services in Ukraine and the world, by studying and summarizing the existing array of leading, domestic and foreign scientists and scientists. The diversity of concepts of e-medicine, e-government and e-document management system is analyzed, on the basis of which the author's definition of these concepts is given, based on own understanding of this term, from the standpoint of theoretical and legal analysis and modern challenges of society. The main electronic medical systems of Ukraine are researched and analyzed.

If a person's health is threatened and / or worried about the thought of a terminal illness, it is difficult to focus on something else. Organ donation is one of the topical issues in the field of medicine around the world. Although the practice of transplantation exists in most countries of the world, there are still many unresolved issues. One of them is the issues related to postmortem organ transplantation in Ukraine.

SEVERE PAIN AND SUFFERING AS EFFECTS OF TORTURE: DETECTION IN MEDICAL AND LEGAL PRACTICE.
