Unlabelled: The study of individual anatomical variability has long attracted attention, with this topic being widely covered in the works of both domestic and foreign scientists. The aim of our work is to study the individual anatomical variability of the facial section of the skull, taking into account gender and craniotype, based on computed tomography data.
Material And Methods: The material for our study consisted of 80 results from computed tomography (CT) scans of the human head, without any existing pathologies of the bone tissue.
Unlabelled: Despite the significance of anatomical variability in various specialties, there is currently limited research dedicated to this topic. Most studies focus on the brain, with only a small number examining the human skull, primarily in relation to anatomical variability in childhood.
Aim: Therefore, the aim of our work is to determine the individual anatomical variability of the lateral dimensions of the facial section of the adult human skull.
Unlabelled: Modern research methods, widely implemented in routine medical practice, open new horizons for the study of anatomical structures. The maxilla is one of the regions of the human skull that shows significant variability with age and gender. This is due to the peculiarities of tooth eruption and age-related changes in the periodontium and adjacent structures, which undoubtedly affect the structure of the alveolar process, sometimes drastically altering it over time.

The aim of our study was to examine the variations in the anatomical structure of the maxillary sinus based on Multispiral Computed Tomography (MSCT) data.
Material And Methods: The study involved 400 individuals aged 18 to 44 years, both male and female.
The global medical problem has become the COVID-19 pandemic since 2019, which represents one of the most difficult medical realities. One of the crucial medical hypotheses is the effect of SARS-Cov-2 infection on mental health that requires creation of effective psychological and psychiatric management of such patients. In connection with described above, we set the task of our research to develop and test a complex of psychological interventions in the system of psychosocial rehabilitation of patients with cognitive disorders against the background of the endured SARS-Cov-2 infection.

Aim - In order to fulfill the purpose of biomechanical substantiation for extrafocal pelvic osteosynthesis in osteoporosis we studied the stress-strain state (SSS) of LEG under conditions of external fixation by apparatuses with cylindrical and conical rods. Studies of the stress-strain state of the lower extremity belt by the finite element method were carried out under conditions of external fixation by devices with cylindrical and conical rods. In the finite element method, the approximate solution is constructed as a superposition of approximating functions.

The state of the microcirculatory bed remains one of the determining factors in course of inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD). The presence of small foci of ischemia could realize in dystrophic-necrobiotic consequences, which can also underlie the development or strengthening of the inflammatory process. Based on above, the goal of our study was to determine the impact of the development of mucosal ischemia in the colon on the activity of proliferative processes during inflammation.

There are many studies on changes in cervix, however, there are no data about property of cervical tissue to keep potential for regeneration under influence of immunodeficiency, which is very important since it allows escaping severe irreversible changes in tissue. CD34 stem cells are one of significant indicator for property of tissual regeneration. So, the purpose of our study was to identify amount of CD34 stem cells in the cervix under influence of immunodeficiency of infectious and non-infectious origin.

This surgical approach allows replacing extended defects of the upper third of the ureter, and in some cases the entire ureter. Pelvic tubuloplasty can also be used to correct hydronephrosis associated with additional vessels to the lower pole of the kidney.

Recently, worldwide authors have paid particular attention to vascular endothelium in the mother-placenta-fetus system for the understanding of development of vascular network and its normal functioning, possible gestational endotheliopathy. Endothelial dysfunction is important in the development of thrombosis, neoangiogenesis and vascular remodeling, being the key to the development of obstetric and perinatal disorders. The aim of the study was to reveal morphological signs of endotheliopathy in spiral arteries in preeclampsia, which is important for understanding the development of pregnancy complications.
