Material And Methods: The material for our study consisted of 80 results from computed tomography (CT) scans of the human head, without any existing pathologies of the bone tissue.

Aim: Therefore, the aim of our work is to determine the individual anatomical variability of the lateral dimensions of the facial section of the adult human skull.
Unlabelled: Modern research methods, widely implemented in routine medical practice, open new horizons for the study of anatomical structures. The maxilla is one of the regions of the human skull that shows significant variability with age and gender. This is due to the peculiarities of tooth eruption and age-related changes in the periodontium and adjacent structures, which undoubtedly affect the structure of the alveolar process, sometimes drastically altering it over time.

The global medical problem has become the COVID-19 pandemic since 2019, which represents one of the most difficult medical realities. Aim - In order to fulfill the purpose of biomechanical substantiation for extrafocal pelvic osteosynthesis in osteoporosis we studied the stress-strain state (SSS) of LEG under conditions of external fixation by apparatuses with cylindrical and conical rods. Studies of the stress-strain state of the lower extremity belt by the finite element method were carried out under conditions of external fixation by devices with cylindrical and conical rods. The article presents the results of a comparative analysis of the level of interleukins of children with Shigellosis in different periods of the disease depending on the presents of CMV-infection in patients. To achieve the goal, 63 children aged from three to eight years old with Shigellosis were examined, who were treated at the Regional Children's Infectious Clinical Hospital of Kharkiv, Ukraine. It has been established that the presence of CMV in patients with Shigellosis leads to the development of cytokine imbalance which persists until the period of early convalescence.

The aim of the study was to carry out a comparative economic analysis of the costs of therapeutic and surgical treatment of liver echinococcosis based on the developed methodological approaches and principles for calculating the cost of complex medical services in accordance with the «step-down» methodology. The model for calculating the cost of complex medical services for the treatment of echinococcosis was justified. The sum of costs of outpatient and inpatient units that directly provide medical care (direct costs) to the costs of support centers (indirect costs) was adjusted, which among simple medical services based on the chosen criterion were distributed.

The modern literature data are analyzed, according to which the presence of antiphospholipid antibodies is a hypercoagulable background, and the formation of thrombi occurs under the influence of other allowing procoagulation factors. The classification of the main types of hereditary thrombophilia is given, which is the primary disorder, against the background of which an autoimmune thrombosis APS develops.
