The global medical problem has become the COVID-19 pandemic since 2019, which represents one of the most difficult medical realities. One of the crucial medical hypotheses is the effect of SARS-Cov-2 infection on mental health that requires creation of effective psychological and psychiatric management of such patients. In connection with described above, we set the task of our research to develop and test a complex of psychological interventions in the system of psychosocial rehabilitation of patients with cognitive disorders against the background of the endured SARS-Cov-2 infection.

MATHEMATICAL JUSTIFICATION OF THE CHOICE OF RODS FOR EXTERNAL FIXATION DEVICES FOR POLYSTRUCTURAL PELVIC INJURIES.

There are many studies on changes in cervix, however, there are no data about property of cervical tissue to keep potential for regeneration under influence of immunodeficiency, which is very important since it allows escaping severe irreversible changes in tissue. CD34 stem cells are one of significant indicator for property of tissual regeneration. So, the purpose of our study was to identify amount of CD34 stem cells in the cervix under influence of immunodeficiency of infectious and non-infectious origin.

Purpose of the study the peculiarities of rearrangements of skeletal muscle fibroblasts surrounding the wound canal at various times after an experimentally modeled gunshot shrapnel wounds. RECONSTRUCTION OF THE UPPER THIRD OF THE URETER WITH A TUBULARIZED PELVIS FLAP IN DIFFICULT CLINICAL SITUATIONS.

In most cases RCC with venous extension is an indication for radical nephrectomy. However, in patients with imperative indications for nephron-sparing surgery a kidney resection with thrombectomy in rare situations is possible. We present a surgical technique for nephron-sparing surgery in patients with tumor spreading into the main renal vein.

INFLUENCE OF ENDOTHELIOPATHY OF SPIRAL ARTERIES ON PLACENTAL ISCHEMIA.

Recently, worldwide authors have paid particular attention to vascular endothelium in the mother-placenta-fetus system for the understanding of development of vascular network and its normal functioning, possible gestational endotheliopathy. Endothelial dysfunction is important in the development of thrombosis, neoangiogenesis and vascular remodeling, being the key to the development of obstetric and perinatal disorders. The aim of the study was to reveal morphological signs of endotheliopathy in spiral arteries in preeclampsia, which is important for understanding the development of pregnancy complications.

[MULTI-FACTOR MODEL OF FINANCING PREVENTION AND TREATMENT OF DIROPHILARIOSIS (BASIC PRINCIPLES AND INDICATORS OF EFFICIENCY)].

The aim of the study was to substantiate the effectiveness and feasibility of the practical application of the multifactorial model of financing the prevention and treatment of dirofilariasis, its principles and methodological approaches. The basic principles of the multifactor model - an integrated approach, a combination of public and private financing, ensuring continuity of financing, discreteness of expenses; methodology for determining the effectiveness of the use of financial resources on the calculation of the return on costs for the prevention and treatment of dirofilariasis were justified. The effectiveness of local budget spending on the treatment of territories of the Kharkov region from mosquitoes on the base on the proposed principles and methodology was analyzed.

PECULIARITIES OF CYTOKINE RESPONSE IN CHILDREN WITH SHIGELLOSIS AND CONCOMITANT CYTOMEGALOVIRUS INFECTION.

The article presents the results of a comparative analysis of the level of interleukins of children with Shigellosis in different periods of the disease depending on the presents of CMV-infection in patients. To achieve the goal, 63 children aged from three to eight years old with Shigellosis were examined, who were treated at the Regional Children's Infectious Clinical Hospital of Kharkiv, Ukraine. It has been established that the presence of CMV in patients with Shigellosis leads to the development of cytokine imbalance which persists until the period of early convalescence.

The aim of this manuscript is to identify the current issues relating to protecting the rights of a person in respect of whom the use of compulsory measures of a medical character is intended or their application is considered. The complex of general scientific and special methods of legal science was used to achieve the goal of the study, solve the problems and prove the results of the research. The comparative legal method was used for analyzing the criminal procedural legislation of Ukraine, other countries and the practice of the European Court of Human Rights.

[COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE COST OF TREATMENT OF ECHINOCOCCOSIS BY THERAPEUTIC AND SURGICAL METHODS (BASED ON THE STEP-DOWN METHODOLOGY)].

The aim of the study was to carry out a comparative economic analysis of the costs of therapeutic and surgical treatment of liver echinococcosis based on the developed methodological approaches and principles for calculating the cost of complex medical services in accordance with the «step-down» methodology. The model for calculating the cost of complex medical services for the treatment of echinococcosis was justified. The sum of costs of outpatient and inpatient units that directly provide medical care (direct costs) to the costs of support centers (indirect costs) was adjusted, which among simple medical services based on the chosen criterion were distributed.

CLINICAL AND GENETIC PECULIARITIES OF VASCULAR MANIFESTATIONS OF ANTIPHOSPHOLIPID SYNDROME (CASE REPORT).

Pathogenetic mechanisms of the development of antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) are considered in the article, which is the basis for the development of clinical manifestations and laboratory markers of APS. The modern literature data are analyzed, according to which the presence of antiphospholipid antibodies is a hypercoagulable background, and the formation of thrombi occurs under the influence of other allowing procoagulation factors. The classification of the main types of hereditary thrombophilia is given, which is the primary disorder, against the background of which an autoimmune thrombosis APS develops.
