Aim: To study the expression and clinical significance of tumor susceptibility gene 101 (TSG101) expression in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) tissues.
Methods: The expression of TSG101 in HCC and corresponding non-tumor tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry and Western blotting. Statistical analyses were conducted to test the relationships of TSG101 expression with clinical parameters such as age, gender, TNM stage, tumor metastasis, and so on.
