Through clinical trials, this study observes the therapeutic effect of platelet-rich plasma (platelet-rich plasma, PRP) on diabetic foot ulcers and explored the relationship between the relationship between PRP and autophagy. Thirty patients with diabetic foot ulcer who met the relevant criteria were randomly divided into PRP treatment group and control group. In the PRP treatment group, the formed PRP gel was coated and bandaged on the diabetic foot ulcer wound, and the PRP treatment was repeated on the seventh day.

Background: Studies have shown that platelet-rich plasma (PRP) can enhance the effect of meniscus repair, but some studies have suggested different views on the role of PRP.

Purpose: To determine whether PRP can enhance the effect of meniscus repair with respect to pain reduction and improved functionality and cure rate in patients with meniscus injury.

Methods: By searching PubMed, EMBASE, Cochrane Library databases, clinicaltrials.

Background: ASPECTS is a simple, rapid, and semi-quantitative method for detecting early ischemic changes (EIC). However, the agreement between software applications and neuroradiologists varies greatly.

Purpose: To compare ASPECTS calculated by using automated software tools to neuroradiologists evaluation in patients with acute ischemic stroke (AIS).

Purpose: The retina is a highly energy-consuming tissue associated with visual development, and the reduced quality of retinal imaging can be related to myopia. Synthesis of cytochrome c oxidase 1 () and synthesis of cytochrome c oxidase 2 () are involved in ATP (adenosine triphosphate) synthesis and energy metabolism. This study aimed to observe the morphologic changes and investigate the expression of and induced by form-deprivation myopia (FDM) in the retina and sclera of guinea pigs.

Department of Urology, 117913Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College, Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College, Nanchong, Sichuan, China.

We report a case of interdigitating dendritic cell sarcoma (IDCS) originating from the adrenal gland. A 57-year-old middle-aged woman with no previous history of malignancy came to our hospital after color Doppler ultrasound revealed a right adrenal mass. An abdominal computed tomography scan also showed an adrenal mass.

Objective: This study examined whether the immunomodulator fingolimod (FTY720) could alleviate renal ischemia/reperfusion (I/R)-induced lung injury and explored the potential mechanisms.

Methods: Renal I/R was established in a rat model, and FTY720 (0.5, 1, or 2 mg/kg) was injected intraperitoneally after 15 minutes of ischemia.

Background: Long non-coding RNA bladder cancer associated transcript 1 (BLACAT1) is oncogenic in several types of cancers. However, little is known concerning its expression and function in prostate cancer.

Methods: Paired prostate cancer samples were collected, and the expression levels of BLACAT1, miR-29a-3p and disheveled segment polarity protein 3 (DVL3) were examined by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR); BLACAT1 shRNAs were transfected into PC-3 and LNCaP cell lines, and proliferative ability was detected by cell counting kit-8 (CCK-8) assay; qRT-PCR and Western blot were used to analyze the changes of miR-29a-3p and DVL3; dual-luciferase reporter gene assay was used to determine the regulatory relationships between miR-29a-3p and BLACAT1, and miR-29a-3p and DVL3.

Growing evidence has suggested that CD155 participates in the regulation of many biological processes ranging cell growth, invasion, and migration from regulation of immune responses in most malignances. However, the impact of prognostic value and CD115-related immune response on the survival in multiple cancers remains incompletely clear. In our study, we assessed the prognostic significance and immune-associated mechanism of CD155 based on data from multiple databases and methods, including UCSC Xena, Oncomine, PrognoScan.

Objective: To analyze the expression and clinical significance of retinoic acid-induced protein 14 () in gastric cancer and its relationship with immune cell infiltration by mining databases such as Oncomine, TIMER, UALCAN, and Kaplan Meier Plotter.

Methods: expression in various cancer types was analyzed using the Oncomine and TIMER databases. We used the Kaplan-Meier Plotter and UALCAN databases to evaluate the impact of on clinicopathological parameters in gastric cancer.

Diffuse panbronchiolitis (DPB) is a chronic diffuse airway inflammatory disease, which is strongly associated with the class I human leukocyte antigen (HLA) alleles. Here, we report a pair of sisters who have been suffering from chronic cough, expectoration and wheezing for many years. They were previously misdiagnosed as chronic bronchitis and bronchial asthma, and were recently diagnosed as diffuse panbronchiolitis.
