To evaluate the effectiveness and feasibility of the copper bianstone scraping combined with Chinese modified termination hypertension dietary therapy program by comparing and analyzing the improvement of blood pressure, blood lipids and blood glucose in hypertensive patients who received copper bianstone scraping combined with Chinese modified termination hypertension dietary therapy intervention. We selected 160 cases of hypertensive patients from July 2022 to March 2024 for the study. They were divided into 80 cases in the comparison group and 80 cases in the observation group according to whether or not they underwent copper bianstone scraping combined with Chinese modified dietary therapy for termination of hypertension.

Immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) is an autoimmune disorder characterized by reduced platelet levels and heightened susceptibility to bleeding resulting from augmented autologous platelet destruction and diminished thrombopoiesis. Although antibody-mediated autoimmune reactions are widely recognized as primary factors, the precise etiological agents that trigger ITP remain unidentified. Anisotropic carrier transport and deep-level defect of antimony selenosulfide (Sb(S,Se)) absorber are two vital auses restraining the photovoltaic performance of this emerging thin-film solar cell. Herein, chelate engineering is proposed to prepare high-quality Sb(S,Se) film based on hydrothermal deposition approach, which realizes desirable carrier transport and passivated defects by using tetrahedral PO ion in dibasic sodium phosphate (NaHPO, DSP). The PO Lewis structure, on one hand in the form of [(SbO)(PO)] chelate, can adsorb on the polar planes of cadmium sulfide (CdS) layer, promoting the heterogeneous nucleation, and on the other hand, the tetrahedral PO inhibits horizontal growth of (SbS(e)) ribbons due to size effects, thus achieving desirable [hk1] orientation.

Herein, we developed alkali-metal ion-regulating synthetic control on the stacking structure of a vinylene-linked covalent triazine framework (termed spc-CTF) for improving hydrogen peroxide (HO) photoproduction. Methods: This was a retrospective cohort study using archived serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D measured in the pre-conception period before ovarian stimulation in patients undergoing in vitro fertilization with fresh autologous embryo transfer. A total of 306 women were included and adverse pregnancy outcomes in their resulting pregnancy were recorded.

Alkaline phosphatase (ALP) is a critical biomarker associated with various physiological and pathological processes, making its detection essential for disease diagnosis and biomedical research. In this study, we developed a novel, simple, and portable visual quantification method for ALP activity in cells using an efficient CuZnS nanomaterial with peroxidase-like properties, integrated into a smartphone-based platform for enhanced usability. The CuZnS nanomaterial catalyzes the breakdown of H₂O₂, generating ·OH radicals that oxidize the colorless substrate TMB into blue oxTMB, which is subsequently reduced back to TMB by ascorbic acid (AA).

To compare the effectiveness and safety profile of tenofovir amibufenamide (TMF) and tenofovir alafenamide (TAF), especially the effects on lipid metabolism in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B. A retrospective study was conducted on the virological response rate, biochemical response rate, renal function indicators, and lipid metabolism status of 159 cases with chronic hepatitis B (72 cases with TMF and 87 cases with TAF) after 48 weeks of antiviral treatment. The effects of the two drugs on lipid metabolism were further explored through cell and animal experiments.
