Introduction: Radiotherapy of central nervous system (CNS) is treatment against many paediatric cancers, even if it is a well-recognized risk factor for meningioma formation. An increased risk of developing secondary brain tumors like radiation-induced meningiomas (RIM) is related to irradiated patients.

Research Question: This retrospective study aims to present RIM cases treated in a single tertiary-hospital in Greece and compare the results with international literature and cases of sporadic meningiomas.

Lithiasis is a known side effect of ceftriaxone administration in children. Sex, age, weight, dosage, and duration of intake have been reported as risk factors for the formation of calcification or stones in the bile and urine excretory systems of children who received ceftriaxone. The purpose of this systematic review is to investigate the reported effects of ceftriaxone administration in pediatric patients who were admitted to a hospital due to infection, the likelihood of gallstones, nephroliths, or precipitations in both the biliary and urinary systems, as well as investigate the relationship with their mother's history during pregnancy.

Elexacaftor/Tezacaftor/Ivacaftor (ELX/TEZ/IVA) is a new CFTR (Cystic Fibrosis Transmembrane Conductance Regulator) modulator treatment, used over the last few years, which has shown an improvement in different clinical outcomes in patients with cystic fibrosis (CF). The objective of this study was a systematic research of the literature on the efficacy and safety of this CFTR modulator on patients with CF. A search of Pubmed was conducted for randomized clinical trials and observational studies published from 2012 to September 2022.

They have satisfactory positive and negative predictive values for detecting obstructive and central sleep apnoea in populations with moderately high pre-test probability of symptoms associated with these events. However, standardisation of commercially available type III devices has never been undertaken and the technical specifications can vary widely.

Pediatric endoscopy training across Europe: a survey of the ESPGHAN National Societies Network 2016-2019.
