Disaccommodation of the complex susceptibility (time change after demagnetization) of two manganese zinc ferrite materials of the composition MnZnFeO and Mn ZnFeO was studied in response to demagnetizing frequency and rate, temperature, frequencies of ~20 kHz to ~2000 kHz, and rf magnetic field intensities of ~10 oersted and ~10 oersted. Precise susceptibility spectra near -10.0 °C show that the resonance maxima shift to higher frequency and decrease in magnitude with increasing time after demagnetization and that the disaccommodation rate varies considerably and changes sign with frequency.
