Background: The medial longitudinal arch (MLA) is crucial for maintaining balance and center of gravity stability during human walking. High-heeled shoes (HHS) will affect the kinematics of the MLA which further affects the overall function of the foot. However specific motion effects of HHS on MLA during walking remain unclear.

The classification of land cover objects in hyperspectral imagery (HSI) has significantly advanced due to the development of convolutional neural networks (CNNs). However, challenges such as limited training data and high dimensionality negatively impact classification performance. Traditional CNN-based methods predominantly utilize 2D CNNs for feature extraction, which inadequately exploit the inter-band correlations in HSIs.

Integrating photocatalysis with electrocatalysis may represent a synergistic approach to address environmental and energy challenges. In this context, we explored synthesizing a series of nanocomposite materials using a solid-state approach involving simple grinding and subsequent thermal treatment for the photocatalytic purification of dinoseb and electrocatalytic oxygen evolution (OER). Interestingly, among the series of synthesized materials, 40 wt percentage of 3D/2D/1D:ZnFeO/NiAl-LDH/MWCNTs ternary nanocomposite (40-NZM) showed highly improved dinoseb detoxification and OER efficiencies compared to those of pure materials.

Data-driven approaches have achieved great success in various medical image analysis tasks. However, fully-supervised data-driven approaches require unprecedentedly large amounts of labeled data and often suffer from poor generalization to unseen new data due to domain shifts. Various unsupervised domain adaptation (UDA) methods have been actively explored to solve these problems.

Lead-free metal halides with tunable structures have emerged as a new class of optoelectronic materials. The arrangement of metal halide polyhedra defines their structural dimensionality and serves as a key factor influencing their optical properties. To investigate this, we synthesized four different antimony (Sb)-doped indium (In)-based metal halides, all of which possess zero-dimensional (0D) electronic structures but exhibit 3D, 2D, 1D, and 0D structural dimensionality at the molecular level.
