[The use of Diprivan as an anticonvulsant in the early postoperative period of an otogenic brain abscess]. | LitMetric

This is a report on a female patient with otogenic cerebellar abscess and symptomatic generalized convulsions, irresponsive to conventional diazepam and phenobarbital therapy. Fractionated propofol administration yields good effect without noteworthy changes in respiration and circulation.
