The present study: (1) compared categories of insomnia severity between cadets of the Swiss Armed Forces (SAF) and previously published norms and (2) investigated the associations between insomnia and psychological well-being related to perceived stress, mental toughness, dark triad traits, and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).

Background: Multi-omics integration can clarify molecular mechanisms contributing to Alzheimer's Disease (AD). We conducted a quantitative trait locus (QTL) analysis across three omics layers to identify genetic variants that regulate metabolomics, gene expression, and DNA methylation in AD.
Method: We analyzed data from Caribbean Hispanic individuals from the Dominican Republic and New York with AD or family history of AD including: N = 750 with whole genome sequencing (WGS), RNA-sequencing, and DNA methylation (in blood), and N = 272 with untargeted metabolomics.

Bowel obstruction is a common complication that can affect patients due to different factors, including after a history of gastric bypass surgery. This review was conducted by searching the literature using both PubMed and Google Scholar for articles relating to bowel obstructions.
