Background: Prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) positron emission tomography (PET) has a high negative predictive value (NPV) in determining lymph node invasion (LNI) in men with intermediate-risk disease undergoing radical prostatectomy (RP) and pelvic lymph node dissection (PLND). We hypothesized that PSMA PET may be used to reduce the number of unnecessary PLND procedures performed.
Objective: To assess BCR-free survival of intermediate risk prostate cancer patients with a negative PSMA PET who underwent PLND vs.

Background: Billions of dollars have been spent implementing regulations to reduce traffic-related air pollution (TRAP) from exhaust pipe emissions. However, few health studies have evaluated the change in TRAP emissions and associations with infant health outcomes. We hypothesize that the magnitude of association between vehicle exposure measures and adverse birth outcomes has decreased over time, parallelling regulatory improvements in exhaust pipe emissions.

This study provides the first empirical evidence of the impact of leaks in natural gas distribution pipelines on nearby home prices. Using high-resolution property transaction data in Massachusetts and a difference-in-differences approach, we find that gas leaks significantly reduce nearby home prices by 2.61% ($11,700) on average.

Rivers link land and sea, playing an important role in the global carbon and nitrogen cycles. By conducting surveys and research on river flow in a specific region, we can gain a better understanding of the nitrogen and carbon sinks in the area and their contributions to the environment. In this study, we conducted bi-annual sampling and monitoring of river flow in the Pearl River Delta downstream of Zhuhai, China, and collected hydrological information.
