Hybrid organic-inorganic perovskites (HOIP) have emerged in recent years as highly promising semiconducting materials for a wide range of optoelectronic and energy applications. Nevertheless, the rotational dynamics of the organic components and many-molecule interdependencies, which may strongly impact the functional properties of HOIP, are not yet fully understood. In this study, we quantitatively analyze the orientational disorder and molecular correlations in archetypal perovskite CHNHPbI (MAPI) by performing comprehensive molecular dynamics simulations and entropy calculations.

Aim And Background: The management of crown-root fractures poses significant uncertainty and involves meticulous evaluation of the tooth and supporting structures. The uncertain prognosis associated with crown-root fractures necessitates periodic evaluation.
Case Description: A 15-year-old female presenting with crown-root fracture of the permanent left maxillary incisors was treated by surgical extrusion with rotation for the central incisor, while the lateral incisor was coronally extruded by 2 mm.
Faraday isolators are usually limited to Faraday materials with strong Verdet constants. We present a method to reach the 45° polarization rotation angle needed for optical isolators with materials exhibiting a weak Faraday effect. The Faraday effect is enhanced by passing the incident radiation multiple times through the Faraday medium while the rotation angle accumulates after each pass.

Background: Subacromial balloon spacer implantation (SBSI) attempts to decrease glenohumeral joint (GHJ) pain and improve function in patients with an irreparable rotator cuff tear (RCT) and minimal osteoarthritis. Between 12 and 26 weeks post-SBSI, gradual implant resorption may create a "balloon dip" that decreases GHJ function and increases pain. This retrospective cohort study attempted to delineate shoulder function, active mobility, strength, pain, and functional task impairment during the "balloon dip" period.

Background: Malrotation of the bowel due to imperfect embryologic development is a rare condition with a wide spectrum of resulting anatomical variations. Similar conditions are achieved in the adult by derotating the bowel via the Cattell-Braasch maneuver. However, possible preparational bias might compromise the resulting topography.
