Triarylamine groups have been widely utilized in the development of high-performance charge-transporting or luminescent materials for fabricating organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs). In this study, atmospheric pressure chemical ionization (APCI) Q-Orbitrap mass spectrometry was adopted to investigate the dissociation behaviors of these triarylamine derivatives. Specifically, taking [M+H] as the precursor ion, high-energy collision dissociation (HCD) experiments within the energy range from 0 to 80 eV were carried out.

Metagenomic analysis has enabled insights into soil community structure and dynamics. Long-read sequencing for metagenomics can enhance microbial ecology by improving taxonomic classification, genome assembly, and functional annotation. However, protocols for purifying high-molecular weight DNA from soil are not yet optimised.

Rationale: Flavonoid C-glycosides have a wide range of pharmacological activities. However, there are few mass spectrometric research on C,O-disaccharide flavonoid C-glycosides and di-C,O-saccharide flavonoid C-glycosides. Their low-energy collision-induced dissociation (ESI-CID-MS/MS) fragmentation pattern and differences have not been reported, and the fragment ion library is incomplete.

In structures with special geometry lattices, variations in stacking sequences are ubiquitous, yielding many novel structures and functionalities. Despite a wealth of intriguing properties and wide-ranging applications, there remains a considerable gap in understanding the correlation between special geometry lattices and functionalities in borides. Here, we design and synthesize a new superconducting boride NbIrB, with a body-centered orthorhombic structure, consisting of alternating two-dimensional [Nb-Ir-Nb] triple-triangular-lattice-layers and B fragment layers.
