Polymers are often insulators, but this not a universal intrinsic characteristic of all polymers. For this work, the adhesives used, epoxy and polyurethane, do demonstrate this insulating characteristic. However, there has been significant interest in the development of conductive polymers, specifically adhesives, because of the potential properties and ease of processing of these polymers.

Purpose: Zygomaticomaxillary complex (ZMC) fractures are a prevalent form of craniofacial trauma. However, no universally accepted fixation method has been established to prevent postreduction displacement in ZMC fractures.
Methods: Computerized and additional manual searches of the Medline, Embase, Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure, and Cochrane Central database for potential studies, published from inception to May 2024, were performed.

This study comprehensively compares dynamic and static forces in reinforced concrete (RC) beams, utilising experimental and finite element analysis (FEA) methodologies. Experimental tests involve monotonic two-point loading of 1 m x 150 mm x 150 mm RC beams using a universal testing machine (UTM). Deflection measurements are taken at three distinct locations (S1-S3) using various sensors, including force resisting sensor (FRS), flex sensor (FLS), MEMS accelerometer, and Piezoelectric sensors.

Efficient characterization of higher dimensional many-body physical states presents significant challenges. In this Letter, we propose a new class of projected entangled pair states (PEPS) that incorporates two isometric conditions. This new class facilitates the efficient calculation of general local observables and certain two-point correlation functions, which have been previously shown to be intractable for general PEPS, or PEPS with only a single isometric constraint.
