Purpose: The aim is to assess GPT-4V's (OpenAI) diagnostic accuracy and its capability to identify glaucoma-related features compared to expert evaluations.
Design: Evaluation of multimodal large language models for reviewing fundus images in glaucoma.
Subjects: A total of 300 fundus images from 3 public datasets (ACRIMA, ORIGA, and RIM-One v3) that included 139 glaucomatous and 161 nonglaucomatous cases were analyzed.
To analyze nationwide pre-operative gonioscopy utilization patterns for various glaucoma surgeries and laser surgeries over time using the IRIS Registry (Intelligent Research in Sight). Introduction: The purpose of this study is to determine baseline demographics and utilization trend of an on-demand, synchronous tele-ophthalmology triage program in evaluating acute ophthalmic concerns during the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency.
Methods: Setting: Single-center retrospective chart review of telemedicine visits conducted by ophthalmologists and optometrists from University of Miami's Bascom Palmer Eye Institute. Patient population: 6227 patients comprised 7138 telehealth encounters.
