The leaves of have been used in treating freckles and effectively reducing cough and sputum in folk medicines. Recently, investigations into the correlation between ginkgo leaves and the proliferative activity of osteogenic differentiation have been conducted. However, bioactive compounds that enhance osteogenesis or exhibit osteoporosis prevention from have not been fully identified.

A generative adversarial network (GAN) makes it possible to map a data sample from one domain to another one. It has extensively been employed in image-to-image and text-to image translation. We propose an EEG-to-EEG translation model to map the scalp-mounted EEG (scEEG) sensor signals to intracranial EEG (iEEG) sensor signals recorded by foramen ovale sensors inserted into the brain.

Dynamic Interferometry for Freeform Surface Measurement Based on Machine Learning-Configured Deformable Mirror.

Sensors (Basel)

January 2025

Beijing Key Laboratory for Precision Optoelectronic Measurement Instrument and Technology, School of Optics and Photonics, Beijing Institute of Technology, Beijing 100081, China.

Optical freeform surfaces are widely used in imaging and non-imaging systems due to their high design freedom. In freeform surface manufacturing and assembly, dynamic freeform surface measurement that can guide the next operation remains a challenge. To meet this urgent need, we propose a dynamic interferometric method based on a machine learning-configured deformable mirror (DM).

Evading Antivirus Detection Using Fountain Code-Based Techniques for Executing Shellcodes.

Sensors (Basel)

January 2025

Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering, Chung Cheng Institute of Technology, National Defense University, Taoyuan 335009, Taiwan.

In this study, we propose a method for successfully evading antivirus detection by encoding malicious shellcode with fountain codes. The Meterpreter framework for Microsoft Windows 32-bit and 64-bit architectures was used to produce the shellcode used in this investigation. The experimental results proved that detection rates were substantially decreased.
