Clinical investigation precisely determines the localization of ulnar nerve entrapment in Guyon's canal. The cause of compression can be due to internal (tumor, distal fibrous arch or proximal ligament arcade, nerve or muscle anomalies) or external influences (ulnar neuropathy of cyclists, thrombosis of ulnar artery by hypothenar hammer syndrome, fractures of pisiform or hook of hamate). Treatment involves splitting the roof of Guyon's canal, the ligaments or muscle anomalies, and excision of a tumor.

A 44-year-old male patient experienced persistent radiating pain from the elbow to the hand following herpes zoster vesicular eruptions three months earlier. His examination met the Budapest Clinical Criteria for Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS), revealing sensory, motor, vasomotor, and sudomotor signs and symptoms. Despite conservative treatments, the pain persisted.

Unlabelled: To date, the optimal therapeutic and diagnostic strategy in patients with simultaneous clinical manifestations of degenerative cervical spine disease and upper-extremity nerve compression is still unclear.
Objective: To analyze the results of simultaneous surgical interventions in patients with cervical radiculopathy combined with distal peripheral compression-induced ischemic neuropathy.
Material And Methods: We retrospectively studied postoperative outcomes in 23 patients with two-level degenerative cervical spine disease with radiculopathy and peripheral nerve compression (cubital canal, Guyon's canal or carpal tunnel syndromes).

Aim: The purpose of this study is to present the ultrasound appearance of a previously undescribed-at-imaging variant of the ulnar nerve near the Guyon's canal.
Material And Methods: The ultrasound database of one of the authors, who has more than 10 years of experience in peripheral nerve ultrasound, was searched for the phrases "UN variant" or "UN loop." The other two authors, with more than 10 years of experience in nerve imaging, retrospectively reviewed the static sonograms as well as the videoclips stored, to confirm the findings.

Lipomas are frequently found as benign neoplasms in humans, mainly in the head, neck, and upper limb regions. Because of their rare occurrence in hands and digits, such cases attract researchers' attention. A case description of a 28-year-old Saudi male patient is presented with a large-size lipoma at the distal forearm, carpal tunnel, and Guyon canal area, with numbness of the central three digits and grip strength weakness of his left hand.
