Objective: Near-field (NF) clutter filters are critical for unveiling true myocardial structure and dynamics. Randomized singular value decomposition (rSVD) stands out for its proven computational efficiency and robustness. This study investigates the effect of rSVD-based NF clutter filtering on myocardial motion estimation.

However, conventional probes face challenges in achieving optimal light-matter interaction. In this study, we propose a novel, to the best of our knowledge, simulation-based strategy that leverages tip engineering to dramatically amplify the scattering field through tailored double-layer geometries.

However, the low efficiency of near-field fluorescence collection results in a low imaging signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of PSIM. In this paper, we propose a method to enhance the performance of PSIM with surface plasmon coupled emission (SPCE).

Here, the circular dichroism (CD) response of an achiral metasurface induced by spatially selective coupling with polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) molecules is demonstrated. A designed achiral metasurface with a V-shaped resonator exhibits large optical chirality with a strongly dissymmetric distribution under circular polarization.

Metasurfaces have exhibited excellent capabilities in controlling main characteristics of electromagnetic fields. Thus, a lot of significant achievements have been attained in many areas especially in the fields of hologram and near-field imaging. However, some of these designs are implemented in a manner of interleaved subarrays that complicates the design and makes them difficult to achieve integration.
