Anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injuries are common in athletes, but their prevalence has also increased among adults. ACL reconstruction (ACLR) is a key treatment option, with graft choice playing a critical role in recovery. The study evaluates the clinical and functional outcomes of ACLR using the Ligament Augmentation and Reconstruction System (LARS) in patients over 35 years old.

Background: The expression level of Ki-67 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) affects the prognosis and treatment options of patients. Our study developed and validated an MRI-based radiomics nomogram for preoperative evaluation of Ki-67 expression levels in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC).
Methods: In all, 133 patients with pathologically-confirmed (post-operatively) NPC who underwent MRI examination in one of two medical centers.

Background: Amphetamine-type stimulant (ATS) abuse is strongly associated with an elevated risk of HIV infection and transmission. Antiretroviral therapy (ART) serves as the primary approach for managing HIV infection and AIDS progression. However, ATS abuse diminishes the efficacy of ART in HIV/AIDS patients, amplifying the vulnerability to immunological non-response (INR) and ultimately increasing the incidence rate and mortality of opportunistic infections.
