Owing to its biochemical flexibility, sulfur (S) is uniquely poised to fulfill versatile roles in plant-microbe interactions - impacting their metabolism with significant consequences for plant health and the global S cycle. We present evidence that the diversity of S-metabolic genes in plant-associated microbiomes (phytobiomes) is underappreciated, and plant niches are hotspots of bacterial S-metabolism with implications for S emissions. Building upon emerging findings, we posit that coordination of S-metabolism between plants and phytobiomes is a common mechanism for plant-microbe homeostasis and agriculturally beneficial microbial services.

Introduction: The number of babies, children and young people with complex care needs (henceforth children with complex care needs (CCCN)) in England has increased in recent decades, and this has also been recognised globally. CCCN may have frequent and lengthy hospital admissions, but during these episodes, their needs are not always met, potentially resulting in suboptimal experiences and outcomes. Despite increased numbers of CCCN accessing acute care and displaying greater complexity, much of the contemporary literature has focused on primary care coordination between health, education and social care.

Global South countries account for two-thirds of WHO Member States and are a crucial voice in negotiating the 'pandemic treaty', which Member States agreed was necessary if the world was to avoid a repeat of the significant inequity that resulted during COVID-19. The negotiation of a pandemic treaty presents an opportunity to recalibrate global health systems and processes for pandemic prevention, preparedness and response. However, for this to eventuate through global solidarity, as many Global South countries have said they expect, then concessions by developed states on issues that they have long protected must occur.

Hyaluronidase-facilitated subcutaneous immunoglobulin (fSCIG) 10% offers potential improvements in patient independence and tolerability versus intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) when used for the treatment of chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyradiculoneuropathy (CIDP). fSCIG 10% also requires less frequent infusions and fewer infusion sites than conventional subcutaneous immunoglobulin (subcutaneous immunoglobulin without hyaluronidase). The ADVANCE-CIDP 1 study demonstrated fSCIG 10% efficacy and safety in preventing CIDP relapse and positive responses from patients in terms of satisfaction and treatment preference.

is a long-established, well known and globally important genus of plant pathogens. Phylogenetic evidence has shown that the biologically distinct, obligate biotrophic downy mildews evolved from at least twice. Since, cladistically, this renders 'paraphyletic', it has been proposed that evolutionary clades be split into multiple genera (Runge et al.
