Background: Respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) is a major cause of severe health problems in newborns and young children. The protective role and limitations of serum maternal RSV antibodies in infants under 3 months remain controversial.
Methods: A two-center prospective study from 2020 to 2023 recruited infants (n=286) admitted to the respiratory departments of two children's hospitals in southwestern and southeastern China during RSV epidemic.

Objectives: To establish and validate a dual-modal radiomics nomogram from grayscale ultrasound and color doppler flow imaging (CDFI) of cervical lymph nodes (LNs), aiming to improve the diagnostic accuracy of metastatic LNs in differentiated thyroid carcinoma (DTC).
Methods: DTC patients with suspected cervical LNs in two medical centers were retrospectively enrolled. Pathological results were set as gold standard.

Background: Spread through air spaces (STAS) in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) is a distinct pattern of intrapulmonary metastasis where tumor cells disseminate within the pulmonary parenchyma beyond the primary tumor margins. This phenomenon was officially included in the World Health Organization (WHO)'s classification of lung tumors in 2015. STAS is characterized by the spread of tumor cells in three forms: single cells, micropapillary clusters, and solid nests.
